This thesis document includes the design of three books and two book covers—The Little Book of Everything, My Genius Lunch Box, Still Life, Indians and Ogd. The project was four months long, from November 2019 to February 2020, and was sponsored by Penguin Random House. It mainly focuses on the design of the three books, and evolves into a study of publication design in different contexts. This graduation project enabled a comprehensive understanding of commercial publishing by participating in and analysing various aspects of the process along with working closely with different stakeholders. It follows the publication design process in detail; from understanding the content and context, to design refinements due to budgetary or production constraints.
This document consists of two A3 sized volumes, and was designed in the summer of 2020. Below are some images of the document.

This thesis document was designed and produced in accordance to the set guidelines for NID Graduation Project Documents.
This Graduation Project was presented and defended on the 8th of February, 2021, in a closed jury at the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad.
