Buna: The Art of Making Ethiopian Coffee
Ethiopia, globally known as the birthplace of coffee, is famous for “buna,” a coffee-making ceremony that involves roasting, grinding, and brewing beans while partaking in a community-oriented tradition. For Ethiopian people, coffee is not just a caffeinated drink but a cultural ritual that involves the family, neighbours, or other visitors. There is a routine of serving coffee on a daily basis, mainly for the purpose of getting together.
Our purpose is to make this ritual part of the journey of Fuengirola and all foreign people that come to visit the city. Putting together different people through a unique experience.
