Each of the utility services offered by HBPW is interwoven completely into the lives of everyone in their service
community - how people live, work, and entertain themselves - ultimately are taken for granted every day. Of course, there’s nothing inherently wrong with that; but by reminding readers of how integrated the services are in their lives, we hoped to create higher levels of awareness, pride and value in the community's ownership of the utilities.
