This coffee cup sleeve was designed for a local contest in Baltimore. The contest was put-on by Charmington's, a quirky coffee shop appropriately named for its location in Charm City. The inspiration behind the design came from Malika Favre's illustrations for the ALDO Spring-Summer 2013 campaign, as well as late 80s and early 90s design aesthetics. The phrase "Charm Up" references the notion of drinking coffee to wake-up, or charge-up, also a good cup of joe should cheer-up just about anyone! Although we didn't win the contest this year, I'm hoping there will be another contest next year. Get ready!
