In 2012 a Russian IT-startup contacted Total Identity with a truly fantastic challenge. This startup just had developed an innovative location-based social technology, but no idea of what to do with it. So our team at Total Identity suggested building a social platform around their innovation. From the ground up: Naming, branding, concept, attitude, utilization, the works.
Zumla was born. Its mission: to facilitate digital globetrotters with the tools they need to enrich their lives. Now, nower, nowest.
As Zumla is for the really vain and expressive urban Muscovites, Zumla culture does not only address a geographical component, it also directly facilitates Zumla members being in their social platform's spotlights.
Total Identity & Dutch Rodger developed Zumla's positioning and proposition as well as its looks and brand attitude.
In a heavily competitive social media world, defining a unique proposition is a challenging task. The creative team's solution lay in combining the idea of ‘digital globetrotters’ with the idea of a ‘social 6th sense’.
Zumla is a new interactive phenomenon, taking human ability to communicate and explore to a next level by interconnecting time, space and people, across all of their favourite social platforms.
