This project includes a variety of photos. They are mixed between photojournalism and creative photography regarding different topics that are related to articles, news and events. Hope you like it.
Canon EOS Rebel T100 EFS 18-55 mm
I took this photo of my colleague with my Canon EOS Rebel T100 on March 11, 2020. On that day we were learning in photojournalism class about some techniques we can use in Adobe Photoshop to have creative photos. I took this shot with the composition of negative space while he was using his camera.
This photo was taken on June 4, 2020 while I was walking at the riverside. I liked to capture it from a unique angle through this bench while people were enjoying the evening. I used my Canon EOS camera with high ISO.
WSO Press Conference
These photos of the Windsor Symphony Orchestra had been taken in the Capitol Theatre on Feb 18, 2020. There was a press conference at that place where I attended it with my colleagues for a radio report. The music director Robert Franz had talked to the media after the orchestra had performed various pieces of music. I used my Apple Iphone for these photos while I was applying some skills I learned to have good photos.
This is Kennedy LaBute, a grade 12 student. She was talking about the importance of sport in helping bullied children to regain their confidence. I took this photo at the Hybrid Training Academy for martial arts on February, 2020. It was for news writing article and it had been published with my article on Feb 14, 2020 on the MediaPlex website. I used my Canon EOS RebelT100 camera where I paid attention to the background that is related to my article.

I took this photo in downtown of Windsor on Feb.12, 2020. I wanted to show some examples of what can cause pollution in our environment. I captured the photo of this guy while he was smoking and I also paid the attention to the background where there were some people walking which is an important point for photojournalism. Canon EOS Rebel T100 has been used with 400 ISO setting.
Foot Prints
These photos are about the pollution in the air. I took them for photojournalism class on Feb. 12, 2020. The first photo was taken creatively where I applied the composition of symmetry while showing a cause of pollution. The seconed photo is showing that using technology is another reason for pollution.
One of the best photos that you may take is during the early morning and the sunrise. I took this photo at Windsor's riverside on May 25, 2020 while I was practicing some exercises. It was taken via Apple Iphone. It combines the beauty of nature in the morning with a good photojournalism composition.
When you want to freeze a motion in photography, you should use high shutter speed. I took this photo on March 4, 2020 for my photojournalism class where I used a high shutter speed through my Canon EOS Rebel T100 camera.
Red Colour Theme
Sometimes you want to choose a specific colour and build your project on it. I liked to choose the red colour and I took various pictures using different manual settings on Canon EOS Rebel T100 camera (like low aperture).
I took this photo when I was doing a TV report about Giving Tuseday where people gather to help those who are in need. This photo was in the Street Help Homeless Centre, where volunteers were working together to give food. It was taken on Dec. 1, 2020.
