The present times is currently undergoing a climate crisis. One of the ways it is believed to help combat this climate crisis is to recycle, which supposedly converts waste into reusable material. However, waste is not being recycled; instead, it is going straight to landfills that pollute the environment. There are many reasons why waste isn’t getting recycled: because of economic reasons, international relations, corporate corruption, systematic issues, lack of education, and an ever-growing accumulation of waste. To uncover the mystery of how recycling really works and why it’s failing, study this interactive poster. In this design, I wanted to uncover and expose the truth about recycling in an uncomplicated, straightforward way.
