Daily Creative Challenge for February 2021
I have a late start, but since I've only been using Illustrator for about 6 months I feel like I need the challenge to continue learning.
Day 1 Challenge - Geometric Magic
Well, that's eye-watering.
Day 2 Challenge - Minimalist Symbols
The more I added the more I liked it better simple.
Day 4 Challenge - Typographic Chaos
I had no idea what the Touch Type tool did, so that's super handy to know! I used Jokerman font here and played with the Twirl tool for the first time.
Day 5 Challenge - Elements of Nature
Look, I had no idea that you could rotate a pattern, and that has made my whole day.
Daily Challenge 6 - Optical Illustion
I can't imagine ever using this except to play, but now I know what Transform can actually do.
Daily Challenge Day 8 - Expressive Characters
I learned that I can't look at a bunch of cartoon eyes and make a character, but I can come up with a character and then match the eyes/mouth to what I need.
