This project 'Aadab' showcases the world and life of Hyderabadi Dum Biryani and the relationships that form through the process of making it. The lives of people around it and how their efforts comes together to bring us this wonderful dish.

Lo and behold, the process begins!

Chopping onions is the first step to becoming the chef.

Cleaning chicken guts is the second step to becoming the chef.

Suppliers dropping by the kitchen to check all is in order and making some phone calls.

Steam.

Fire.

Biryani.

Taking joy in one's work.
