"Ruang gaya" brand is unexpected, why is that? because this brand has different consumer behavior. Consumer behavior in the brand Ruang gaya has a closed nature where they receive information but are very anticipating public interactions. This is because the identity of consumers is very guarded because that way they can resell the products in their stores (resellers) more effectively. Akroma studio in here trying to make a response to the mini research that has been done. The resulting brand identity focuses more on maintaining customer loyalty, maintaining communication through the medium and understanding how they work together. We not only create an identity but provide experience and understanding of each brand. brand is like a human being, there is step by step in growing.
