330 N. Wabash Marketing Campaign

Partnering with commercial real estate giant Cushman & Wakefield, Beacon Capital Partners needed a marketing campaign that reflected the prestige and legacy of a timeless Chicago building, 330 N. Wabash. 

This series aimed to exemplify the minimalist style of the building’s famed architect, Mies van der Rohe. Clean lines, thoughtful white space, and special-commissioned screen printed posters positioned 330 N. Wabash as a place of modern, sophisticated style.

Materials produced:

• 4 custom gate-fold direct mailers, including a special pearl foil technique
• Corresponding MailChimp e-blast campaign
• Limited edition screen printed poster series, paired with a gallery-style direct mailer
• Environmental graphics and gallery framed posters installed within 330 N. Wabash’s leasing space
