Men of the Sea
Men of the Sea is a project that portrays the Men and Women who dedicate their life to the sea.
The sun is rising in the north of Portugal, the fishing boats start to arrive in Lota de Matosinhos loaded with fish, the fishermen and merchants await arrival to unload and trade the fish, most of the fish that day was sardine, while some fishermen are removing the fish from the boats, others are doing different jobs such as mending and organizing fishing nets for the next trip of the boats across the high seas.
Homens do Mar (PT)
Homens do Mar é um projeto que retrata os Homens e Mulheres que dedicam a sua vida ao mar.
O Sol está a nascer no norte de Portugal, os barcos de pesca começam a chegar a Lota de Matosinhos carregados de peixe, os pescadores e mercadores esperam a sua chegada para descarregarem e negociarem o peixe, a maior parte do peixe nesse dia era sardinha, enquanto alguns pescadores vão retirando o peixe dos barcos, outros vão fazendo diferentes ofícios como remendar e organizar as redes de pesca para a próxima ida dos barcos para o alto mar.
