Tasks: Design four stamps with the theme of food insecurity in America. The challenge was to create a design that flowed across the stamps, visually connecting them. With the American flag as that connecting element, I employed some common symbols associated with the U.S. and combined them with images that represented hunger. I chose a slightly distorted version of the traditional American red, white, and blue color palette to further the idea of something being "off" or uncomfortable about this issue.
