How to create moving images

how to create and produce moving images (in-house)
winter 2021
This project illustrates the single steps from the beginning of a moving image project to the final product. In the process, the individual stages of an in-house film production are demonstrated in an abstract way.
After you receive a script and a rough idea of a project your job as a producer starts.
Producing is about calculating, texting, talking – start to get your own vision of the project and manage to get everyone on time on board
Congrats – everything is setup. The preparations are complete and you find yourself on a shooting day.
Now it's time to capture the perfect moments and gather footage for your final vision.
After a long day of shooting, it's finally time to organize the story you shot and put it in the right order.
You test scenes, move snippets over and over again and give the raw footage a rhythm that is fun to watch.
Finally, the really fun part begins.
To give the final edit even more life, you add some shapes, text and character to the the final cut and give it a personal feeling.
That's what motion design is all about – it's a mixture between keeping your inner child and pushing your bounders of you own imagination.
