Grand Chase Philippines is one of the game brands I enjoy designing for, mainly because of its fun and very colorful look and feel, and for its 5th major expansion, I was selected to be part of the lead team to handle it.
Rebirth was a pivotal addition for this aging game, and it needed to signify that Grand Chase was alive, kicking, and better than ever.
For the main campaign poster shown below, the brand manager at the time wanted all existing characters (with the most recent one on top) on the poster. It was a challenge for me to fit 17 brightly-colored characters in a such a small space. Grouping similar color palletes seemed like a great way of doing it, and voila, rainbow group-shot extraordinaire!

Grand Chase is fast-paced, endearingly cute, and chaotic, much like its characters. They almost never appear alone, and mostly the challenge lay in balanced visual composition. It was critical to convey the "big-ness" of the expansion, especially since this was a new part of the game that aimed to grab new players and keep the old ones hooked.
Shown below is Rebirth's in-game log-in screen and some of its website splash pages that I designed.
Grand Chase had a considerably larger player base compared to other hardcore games so it was frequently used in cross promotions with titles that had similar target markets.
