Ce mémoire a pour but de comprendre la technologie de l’hydrogène, ses difficultés, ses forces, où nous en sommes, vers où nous allons… L’axe choisit est centré sur l’automobile et les particuliers, il fallait donc comprendre les codes, la vision des consommateurs sur les nouvelles motorisations, les premiers avis sur cette technologie non-méconnue du grand public mais dont la connaissance reste opaque.

De ce mémoire en est sorti que les consommateurs sont encore éloignés du débat autour de l’hydrogène, qu’ils peinent à comprendre les complexités de ce changement et qu’il est difficile de savoir où nous en sommes. La communication autour de l’hydrogène est encore trop scientifique. Il n’est pas simple de se renseigner sur les nouveautés de cette technologie, le consommateur ne se sent pas encore concerné.
