Steve Urkel

Puppet version
I've created this puppet for the Puppet Design subject at MOME in Budapest, during my Erasmus last year.
We had to choose a caricature of a famous person, and I thought of Steve Urkel in Family Matters cause he was my favourite character of the sitcom.
I used a common clay to build the body and to model, supported by metallic and hard plastic elements to do the "skeleton". Then I sew the dresses using leather, jeans and other kind of draperies.
The aim of the project was to create a puppet suitable to make a stop-motion animation.
