Miel de Valencia is produced in Spain, in the Valencia region and the methods of creating this wonderful product stayed in the Gioi Abel Behiques y Benifario family for almost 200 years.
The Valencia region is famous for the ideal climate, surrounded by hills and montains on one side, and the sea on the other, this is why it is often referred to as 'the garden of Spain', which also make a perfect climate to produce wonderful honey.
I decided to celebrate the region and landscapes that infuse this product with the flavours of it's flowers and plants according to season.
