Marive Transport is a leading water transport company in Venice (Italy). It offers ferry, parking and tour services throughout the Venice Lagoon and has been in operation for over 50 years.
The Objective
Design of the new online booking and ticketing purchasing system.
The Outcome/solution
After an in-depth benchmark of the main online booking services, a UX survey aimed at defining the customer journey and numerous prototypes, the definitive graphic interface of the entire platform was designed and the communication system with the company management system was coded, thanks to a proprietary plugin developed for WooCommerce.
