AZ Project proposes to describe the evolution and the fundamental approaches to international graphic design from its inception until today through a series of selected texts.
In this respect, AZ Project constitutes a rational study tool, unique in its kind, very useful to students, but also to teachers and researchers, as well as professional people who wish or need to delve into past topics, opening up new horizons in the field of graphic design experimentation.

WEBSITE
The AZ Project Graphic Design website offers an overview of graphic design in the 20th Century (and more) through 100 profiles, in Italian and English, dedicated to as many outstanding graphic designers. It is user-friendly.
The profiles are arranged in alphabetical order.
However, it is possible to track any particular word, for example “poster”, in all the profiles in which it appears.
Another strong point is that it can be developed and modified.
PDF
The 100 profiles of AZ Project Graphic Design can be downloaded in PDF free of charge both in Italian and English.
The pages have the same layout as the slides.
In this way, it is possible to access most of the information contained in the project without needing to connect to the Internet.
SOCIAL NETWORK
The AZ Project Graphic Design is updated daily on a page on Facebook, one of the most popular social networks.
Every day our graphic designers’ most amazing projects are published, along with quotes, interviews, extracts from books and, in general, videos of graphic design and its history.
BOOK
The book AZ Project Graphic Design, both in Italian and English, is the last step of the project, an “extra” respect its modifiable online counterpart.
Created for the nostalgic and still numerous lovers of printed books (which provide better reading and can be kept with care), the book is supplemented by an essay on the history of graphic design by Dario Russo, which introduces the project with precise references to the 100 graphic designers and their seminal work.
