The design was driven by contrasts and opposing requirements amended with a strive towards minimising the existing flaws and turning them into strengths. The surrounding context of the current project is a densely populated area enclosed by chaotic build forms typical for middle-class Indian communities.

The building has been constructed with an intention to present a visual statement that highlights its uniqueness within the surrounding urban fabric.
However, the statement had to be a bold move rather than a spare proclamation. Thus, space was designed in a way that residents could enjoy the existing connection with outdoor settings without sacrificing their privacy.
Since the designed plot had a certain size limitation connected to the lack of free outdoor space, the area for recreation was placed on the top of the terrace complemented with the final touch of the surrounding greenery.
