Food Festival is the largest festival of its kind in Scandinavia. It is situated in Aarhus and takes place over three days. It is built, held and taken apart all in a matter of a week. Food Festival is a non-profit organization dedicated to promote healthy food made with local produce. Over the three days producers from across Scandinavia turn up to show the best of what Scandinavia has to offer. Activities vary greatly from school children learning to cook to classes with the best chefs in Denmark and workshops on how to pair cheese with beer.
Hay Bale Chair
This little chair came to life as a little scribble and drawing in my notebook during a meeting. The idea behind it is that it turns something as simple as a hay bale into a piece of furniture. While it gives comfort when it is in use it is also stackable for easy storage.
