SThis expansive, 17,000sf gut renovation expanded RAB Lighting’s offices into what had been previously warehouse space, allowing the company to evolve into a tech focused manufacturer. Each department now has its own space and identity, while remaining collectively joined through contemporary architectural elements that flow through the building.

Highlights include a 50 person training room that was metulously designed to comfortably host RAB’s client’s during all-day or multi-day training sessions with unimpeded sight-lines. The overall project utilizes protypes of RAB’s newly released interior light fixtures so customers could see them in use through-out the facilty. Features include open-plan workstations areas with full height 21-foot ceilings, and an employee cafe.
