Первый фестиваль "Франция — Россия. Музыка без границ" является частью развития культурного сотрудничества между Францией и Россией (Страсбург, 2020).

The first adition of the festival "France - Russia. Music without borders" was part of the development of cultural cooperation between France and Russia (Strasbourg, 2020).

Дизайн концепт фестиваля вдохновлён желанием найти универсальное объединяющее средство, которое несет в себе эмоциональный заряд и является своеобразным шифром — культурным кодом. Таким средством стали символы (глифы) кириллического и латинского алфавитов. Для каждого концерта была подобрана шрифтовая метафора в соответствии с названием.

The design concept of the festival was inspired by the desire to find a universal tool which holds an emotional charge and would become a cipher (cultural code).

The symbols (glyphs) of the Cyrillic and Latin alphabets became such tool. A font metaphor was chosen according to the title of each concert.

Образ моста для логотипа был выбран в связи с историческим событием: в 1980-е годы во Франции в ознаменование дружеского союза был построен мост, названный в честь русского императора Александра III. Одновременно с мостом через реку Сену, строился Троицкий мост, спроектированный французскими архитекторами. Его возведение так же подчёркивало культурно-политическую близость двух стран.

Image of bridges for logo related to a historic event: a bridge named after the Russian Emperor Alexander III was built in France in 1890s to commemorate the friendship of nations. The Trinity Bridge, designed by French architects, was built in St. Petersburg at the same time than the bridge over the river Seine. The building of the two bridges emphasized the cultural and political proximity of the two countries.
