The 2013 REX Expo was home to thousands of real estate profesionnals for one week in Fort Worth, TX. The Audio/Video components were omnipresent throughout the experience, from main stage to keynote sessions, panels, electronic event monitors, all the way to attendees' hotel in-room televisions.
A wide array of videos were made prior the show to generate interest and drive attendance. The videos were also designed to set the tone for the annual conference. Many additional videos were create overnight on-site as video recaps of the past activities attendees may have missed.
A series of videos were produced to promote REX 2013 and generate interest several months prior the event. The videos were sent to potential attendees via emails to highlight specific key points: the venue, the amenities, the location, the speakers, the keynote sessions... A lovable and approchable character was created, Mr. Epic, to create a feeling of familiarity and enthusiasm and to discover the show via sights and sounds.
Mr. Epic was tasked to promote the venue and the many highlights we had chosen to present to the attendees to familiarize themselves with the location and the many options they would be offer once at the hotel.
This video of Mr. Epic was focused on giving the attendees a glimpse of the future showfloor, the car give away and other useful information during their visit to REX 2013. The video was displayed on the registration site and embedded into emails sent to attendees and prospects.
Typical shows or events bombard their attendees with countless emails and direct mailers. We opted to reach out to attendees via videos by presenting them a "behind the curtain" string of videos. This video was addressing the out-of-the-box speakers line up as well as introducing our hard working staff to the attendees.
