Our team developed the augmented reality application for a residential complex of "Intergal Bud” construction company. The application makes it possible to demonstrate the exterior of the complex both in natural and night-time lighting. We made this AR application universal in terms of user experience and usage of augmented reality technologies: this solution is based both on marker-based and marker-less technology

AR for printing

We developed this solution using marker-based technology. AR markers are put on the sales album and the business cards of the company representatives (for business cards, we needed a monochrome AR marker). When the user points his smartphone camera at the marker, he can see the 3D model of the house and interact with it

Marker-less AR

Marker-less AR option makes it possible for users to use the app at any time and any place. Just point the camera at any flat surface and indicate exactly where to place the 3D model of the residential complex — and that's it, the model of the complex will appear in front of you

Changing of the facade lighting — day/night

Each user can change the lighting regime and see how the residential complex will look both in natural and night-time lighting

User interface and user training

We developed the application interface considering modern trends and the corporate identity of the company.
