Ocultar nuestros sentimientos evita mostrar un lado ‘frágil’. Las emociones son inestables, como la nitroglicerina, pero ésta también ayuda a sanar el corazón. A través de mi obra propongo sacar sentimientos que tenemos profundamente escondidos, pues a largo plazo, rencores y dolores se convierten en una destrucción interior irremediable. Represento el deterioro a través de una concavidad con textura y el color rojo, que contrasta con colores grises del cuerpo y las manos del personaje.  

Hiding our feelings avoids showing a 'fragile' side. Emotions are unstable, like nitroglycerin, but it also helps heal the heart. Through my work I propose to bring out feelings that we have deeply hidden, because in the long term, grudges and pain turn into an irremediable inner destruction. I represent the deterioration through a concavity with texture and the color red, which contrasts with the gray colors of the body and the hands of the character.
