Our process of creating digital ads was slow, inconsistent, and outdated, which meant we had to wade through an endless series of bottlenecks every step of the way. We wasted a lot of time looking for the right layout, creating ads of different sizes, and reviewing them until ...
We created an automated, flexible, and seamless system to do the job
for us — it’s easy, fast, and in one digital space!
We use different types of graphics and content for all marketing needs, whether they’re illustrations, photos, or shapes. These are in our brand style, so each banner is consistent and recognizable.
For some campaigns, we use animated SVG banners
to make our ads more eye-catching.
Graphics are collected and sorted into specific Figma libraries, which allows us to have quick access to the most recently updated assets, correct them globally if needed, and use them anywhere, not only
in banner projects. That way we use the same asset for a banner pack
and landing page.
Every banner project has a component system. Content that can be edited (text, CTA, illustration) is organized as a Figma component.
Changes happen in one place, and then interpolate to all banners formats automatically, cutting the time it takes to create a banner pack.
As a result, we automated the process of creating banners and decreased the time it took to design, edit, and export banners. After a workshop
on Figma features, we shared the template with the marketing teams,
so they could create (edit, localize, and export) banner packs
by themselves, and designers only need to review them.
