WoodMor Foundation C.I.C: Branding and Identity

The WoodMor Foundation is a Community Interest Company based in London with a vision to improve employment opportunities for the Disabled, Disadvantaged and Vulnerable aged 25+.

They do this by getting participants involved on expeditions, events, and specialist work placements with expert facilitators who help improve their confidence and employability. This journey is then made into a 90 second video CV that demonstrates their unique personality and skills which can help them impress potential employers.
We started discussing the WoodMor Foundation in October 2020. These sessions allowed for the Co-Founders, Project Manager, Social Channel and Brand Manager and myself to explore every aspect of the Foundation from messaging and audiences to their goals and values.

Throughout our meetings I developed exploratory documents that facilitated deep dives into their brand and identity.

By January 2021 we had developed the WoodMor Foundation Brand Guidelines and Identity package. This was delivered to the Foundation and forwarded onto the London-based digital design agency Pixeledeggs who implemented the brand on the new WoodMor Foundation website which went live in July 2021.

I reviewed the website on behalf of the WoodMor team in its final stages of development. I recommended several changes for the final site design which were agreed and delivered. The final product was highly satisfying for all involved.
I found my time with WoodMor to be very rewarding and enjoyable. I can't wait to see the next steps in their journey.
