Neumorphism seems to be trending these days. While I doubt its feasibility when it comes to the realization & development process, I still find this aesthetically pleasant hence having done my own study on this. Let me know if you have successfully launched a real product in this style.
The effect is highly & quickly achievable on Figma. I tried not to complicate things but if you find my tutorial difficult to follow, want to give any feedback or have any trouble please feel free to let me know.
