The site is situated in the London borough of Lewisham, near Greenwich and Peckham, between New Cross Road and Achilles Street. Currently occupied by two shops, the total area of the site is 920 sqm and is mainly surrounded by residential buildings.
The new proposal replaces the shops with three blocks of student accommodation linked at ground level with private and public green spaces. The scheme offers two retail spaces at street level, 60 studio units, gym facilities at basement level and common areas.
