Nespresso Hotel B2B Campaign

The idea is to get hotel guests to use the Nespresso machine. In order to get guests to notice the coffee machine, I proposed a coffee scented wobbler to draw the attention of the hotel guests to the Nespresso machines in the hotel rooms using the sense of smell.
 
Unlike a tent-card or a note, guests do not need to physically look at the advertisement to know that there is Nespresso in the room. The trigger is now an involuntary sense of smell, instead of the more dependent voluntary sense of sight. Using the sense of smell also induces a yearning for coffee right from the moment they wake up, hence increasing the chances of guests using the Nespresso machines.
In addition to the scented wobbler, I have proposed that the wobblers indicate the room's guests’ names in the message to make the greeting more personal. Having their names on the wobbler shows that the Nespresso machine is especially there for their use, instead of just another fancy machine in the room, thereby increasing the chances of guests using the Nespresso machines. It also makes the guests feel important to Nespresso and the hotel.
As for the instructions on how to operate the machine, I have proposed 3 options.
 
The rationale behind this exquisite leather box is to present the idea of the complete Nespresso Experience to the hotel guests. Instead of just offering the espresso on its own, we suggest that the hotel guests be introduced to the absolute Nespresso Experience and thus be aware that these complements exist.
 
This elegant leather box will be used to contain complements from the Art of Enjoyment section of the Nespresso Experience. In addition to it being a box of complements, it will have step-by-step instructions on how to enjoy the Nespresso Experience inserted on the inside of the box lid. Customers may even purchase the “Nespresso Experience Kit” if they like it after seeing it in the hotels.
 
Complements such as the white and brown sugar sticks or sachets, coffee cream, Cailler le Chocolat, Petits Carrés milk and dark chocolate or even the two biscuits choices that Nespresso carries (Dolcetti Fleur d’Oranger and Amaretti) can be included in the complete Nespresso Experience leather box.
The idea behind this elegant leather sign holder is to display the easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions prominently beside the Nespresso machine so that it is visible to the hotel guests. It is a clean and sleek solution with the option of interchangeability in terms of content. This option is also slightly more durable than the tent card option because of the hard leather holder.
This is a simple and straightforward solution with no extra fuss. The tent card will be made of good quality card stock to ensure the durability and stability of the tent card. It will be a one-sided tent card, therefore eliminating the need to flip the tent card around for content. The instructions will be printed on the card stock and displayed in clear view. It will be placed right beside the Nespresso Machine.
