The Right Colors

Furniture

The right to see a color by its true way. Daltonism (color blindness) is a disease that affects 8% of the world's population, a disability that impacts the everyday life activities of thousands of people.

Purple is one of the only colors that people with daltonism can see. This project combines red and blue pigments, which are not perceptible to their eyes, but when combined, provide "the right color." This lamp stands for all people who deserve to appreciate a color in its most natural way.

Exhibited with design collective "La Tlapaleria" at Designerblock, London Design Festival 2013.
In collaboration with Santiago Gutierrez, blown glass handcraft man.
