I was hired to design the logo and develop the branding for Witty, a coffee and vegan donut shop located in a used book store in Orcas Island. I began the process by running a creative workshop with the owner, Whitney to gain a better understanding of their business values and the personality behind the brand.
Based on the findings of the workshop, I set out to create a brand that was nostalgic, fun, and artsy. I drew inspiration from vintage graphics to create the hand drawn illustrations and logo. I used a retro color palette to evoke the warm feeling of nostalgia.
