Cotton Mouth is a pop up CBD restaurant I created for our Pop-Up Restaurant Brand Identity Project. We were tasked with creating a brand identity for a pop-up restaurant at one of five locations in Philadelphia. We were all randomly assigned a location from the following options The Philadelphia Zoo, The Navy Yard and Eastern State Penitentiary. Each project had to be specific to its respective location; not simply a mobile restaurant.
The location I was assigned was The Navy Yard. After research of the location I found that the area is occupied by primarily young to mid-life adults. The tenants and visitors of the area are generally athletic and health conscious. I chose to make a CBD bar & restaurant due to the growing popularity of CBD and its documented health benefits.
