The word Vuka means wake up in Xhosa. The theme and message for this conference was for everyone to get up every day and improve themselves.

Various colourways were created of the main logo to assign a logo for each of the 6 teams of the conference. Various elements were created including lanyards, name tags and pull up banners(shown below).
