Jonathan Y. Dee, a resident of Pasig, Philippines, earned his bachelor’s of science from La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. From 2003 to 2016, Jonathan Y. Dee was the founder, president, and CEO of Alliance Select Foods International Incorporated (ASFII), a company involved in seafood manufacturing and aquaculture in the Philippines.
ASFII is an international seafood manufacturer that has been publicly listed on the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission since 2003. It started out in tuna canning, exporting, and processing from a location in General Santos City, Mindanao, and has since grown to nine operations in five different countries.
Since its inception, ASFII has branched out into other seafood such as salmon, selling under a number of different recognizable brand names across the world. Its tuna is caught in the Pacific in responsible quantities, to ensure the growth of the species.
