Arthur the kind giant
Illustrations for a self authored children book (age 6-12 years old).
The protagonist is a giant named Arthur. He lives in Scotland;sometimes he goes to visit his friend Jimmy (The Wild cat of Scotland) who lives in the Highlands.
He also enjoys taking naps in the beautiful green spaces where every time he counts the many sheep that are present he easily falls asleep.
He has a kind nature, in fact when it rains and it’s windy in Scotland (so often) he tries to protect people from the bad weather cause they have difficulty to get their umbrella steady.
For the creation of the final images I entirely used the App Procreate. I then refined the overall look through Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
