에스파의 공식 응원봉 아이빔(AE BEAM)은 에스파 세계관과 멤버별 개성이 담긴 응원봉입니다. 아이(AE)와 MY(마이), 서로의 유대관계가 하나로 이어진다는 시나리오로 제작했습니다. 상단의 "AE"와 하단의 “MY”는 양각으로 새겨져 라이트 작동시 은은하게 빛이 펴져 에스파와 마이의 연결성을 강조했습니다. 또한 버튼으로 멤버별 컬러가 변경할 수 있고 응원모드로 전환시 공연장에서 중앙제어가 가능해 대규모 라이팅 연출이 가능합니다. 아이빔을 tv와 연결하면 광야에 모습이 담긴 세상에서 특별한 영상과 이벤트를 체험할 수 있도록 기획하였습니다.
