It has not always been easy for independent residential developers. Unless you get it just right and we knew for a fact, KALM Penthouse gets it. This low-rise condominium comprised of 16 penthouse-size units. After being in the market for over a year and sold half of the units, DINSOR has been approached to help boost the sales.

Turning its flaw of the location being in a dead-end alley to an actually high privacy selling point and headlining captioned ‘ALL UNITS ARE PENTHOUSE’. The accompanied visuals and marketing collateral translated the privacy idea in different forms. Copywriting works for the whole sales communication also plays big part in connecting the whole idea as one. The campaign was, dare we say, quite a success. It first launched online and within 2 weeks of the prints production, it sold out.
