Priscilla came to me with her dream of opening her own restaurant in our small community. We began with a logo inspired by one of her large red cooking pots I saw her using one day. While coming up with her menu (I consulted on the items and pricing) we found her a space to rent until she could grow into her own place. We advertised primarily through facebook (as is the norm in our community) and some "old school" printed flyer campaigns. The key here was consistency. The Pandemic threw us a few curve balls, but we pivoted quickly and adjusted as needed. *please note that not all the food photography was our own.
