SND CYN is a shared creative workspace nestled in an 125-year-old lima bean factory in Irvine, CA.

We were brought in to Mattson Creative to help bring life to the space through new furniture, paint colors, lighting and artful installations.

The front entry proudly wears a custom hand-painted type mural designed by Erik Marinovich. The tenant sign is suspended by cotton rope and an impossible system of vintage pulleys.

Vintage furniture and found objects created a warm and inviting seating area in the conference room. A custom light bulb chandelier tangled from the rafters was made to be the focal point in the room.

In the Mattson Creative office, a custom bookshelf unit was designed and constructed to follow the sloping line of the 14′ ceilings. Towering above the clean, modern furniture in the office, the bookshelf is an extraordinary focal point that houses an outstanding collection of items.

Mixed throughout the space, are old signage letters, sleek chairs, and a custom modern bench. All designed to invite visitors to sit and take in this amazing creative space.http://campdesigngroup.com/portfolio/sndcyn/
