The work is an a6 (4.13 × 5.83 inches) linocut adaptation on Scholar (white) paper of a journal entry from January, 2018.

The entry was made while coming to terms with turning twenty and facing the turmoil of starting to become an adult addressing the void felt. The print was conceived as a single block linocut comprising of two editions. After finishing up, cleaning the block resulted in an accidental ghost print which was further improvised from a two-paneled to a four-paneled image of 8.3 × 11.7 inches on newsprint (later finalized on Scholar). The intention was to take the aid of ghost prints to emphasize upon the feeling of losing oneself and a gradual fading away.
