I designed a device to implement in my daily life that would prompt myself to make positive behavioral changes.
I incorporated activities into my day that stimulated personal reflection and growth.
There are four different types of cards based on how much personal time I have that day. The activities the cards recommend reflect this time constraint. There is also space allotted to write in any additional activity ideas.
In the "Reflection" portion, I am encouraged to draw a previously completed card and write down any related insight.
