The COVID-19 pandemic has had a disastrous impact on the lives of thousands of South Africans, leaving many without the means to support themselves and their families. With many turning to side-hustles to generate an income, Acer wanted to give these aspiring entrepreneurs the opportunity to share they small business ideas with the country.

The #AcerInstaPitch campaign reimagined the elevator pitch for social media, inviting South Africans to pitch their best business ideas using stories, in 10 frames or less. Acer then shared these pitches on their own platforms, giving entrepreneurs some much needed exposure, as well giving them access to the tools and technology they'd need to start up their startups.​​​​​​​
