Mumi (Mumi Express) is student project done for a third year course at the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts. The assignment was to select a particular food item and develop a brand presence for a food truck company. Mumi is a food company that creates easy-to-bake products that shoppers can buy to recreate their favourite Jamaican Treats easily at home. On the other hand, Mumi Express uses these products and makes them via the Mumi Express Food Truck to demonstrate the practicality and the delicacy of the Mumi products for consumers. The brand's visual identity, advertising and food truck design were done for the project.
