CITY OF BONES BOOK COVER
I experimented with redesigning the cover for one of the books from my favourite fantasy series growing up (and now) The Mortal Instruments. I redesigned the cover with a more simplistic, modern approach to coincide with the current design trends better and appeal to a maturer audience. A theme within the storyline of the book is seeing the unseen, which is why I experimented with the typography and made it look as if it is slightly hidden/ being revealed.
