The art of the album cover is a fun challenge you have to turn music literally into
visual art and “spark” the imagination.
I have had the pleasure to work with Gene White Jr creating packaging for three consecutive live recorded albums, one every two years. Gene and his band mates would bring to the table a concept and a name for each compilation. I worked hard to turn his vision into unique packaging art that embodied the theme as well as working well as a set. The art of the album cover is a fun challenge you have to turn music literally into visual art and “spark” the imagination.
