Summer at Panera took a new twist on some well known transcendental poetry by combining the works of Thoreau, Emerson and others with sensual imagery to evoke the natural goodness of Panera’s summer menu. Summer on our Mind highlights all the things we love about summer, from lazy meals at dusk to bike rides down a leafy path and the cool treats that wait for us there.
