The Three Musketeers - Motion Graphics

Literature and gossip
With the goal of producing a booktrailer for one of the most widely-known works of modern literature, we turned our efforts towards livening the novel's subject matter.
We presented a summary of about half the novel's plot through a fictional dialogue between gossipy citizens of Paris.

Style and substance
The animation style balances photographic and geometric elements in a collage of extroverted and dynamic kinetisms, while the use of bright colours clearly divides
the narration in scenes as well as setting the tone.
The production included the use of After Effects plugin DUIK Bassel to efficiently recreate human-like movements when needed.

A matter of cross-media
The second part of the project entailed the translation of the content of the video into an interactive media form
Our choice fell on a mixture of social media and augmented reality:
the instagram account adapts the narration to a mosaic formula, while also connecting to the AR elements as explained in the video down below.
